• Involve HR managers, safety officers, and trade unions to ensure they understand contextual factors affecting worker adaptation.

• Encourage dialogue and sharing of knowledge on heat related hazards and preventive awareness.

• Invite companies, occupational safety organizations, and unions to publicly endorse a voluntary “Heat Awareness Pledge,” committing to track temperature-related incidents and share findings

• Encourage adopters to implement simple actions: circulate brief guidance for workers, post workplace heat-safety tips, or run micro-training sessions on adaptation strategies.
