Phase 1

• To engage municipal authorities, cultural heritage managers, and tourism boards to recognize the economic impact of UNESCO World Heritage designation in Italy.

• Bring together local business associations, real estate stakeholders, and community organizations to discuss how heritage sites influence income and property values.

• Encourage dialogue through short reports, infographics, and awareness materials highlighting observed benefits and trends.

Phase 2

• Invite municipalities and tourism operators to publicly share non-binding “Heritage Value Briefs,” summarizing income, property, and tourism trends linked to local sites.

• Encourage adoption of simple monitoring practices, such as tracking visitor numbers or property price changes, and posting short updates online.

• Promote knowledge sharing by allowing other communities to learn from these local insights and replicate small-scale information tracking.
