• Share simple, accessible summaries of the study via local NGOs, farmer cooperatives, and community radio about how smallholders adapt to drought.

• Use storytelling (short case stories) of farmers using agroforestry and shared water systems to spark interest and peer learning in vulnerable communities.

• Co create practical, low cost guidance leaflets for farmers on soil water conservation and mixed cropping.

• Encourage local NGOs to distribute this via village meetings and model farms.

• Establish a community led “drought resilience protocol” that residents and extension workers use to share adaptive practices.
