Phase 1

• To engage Hamburg city planners, airport authorities, and urban mobility experts to recognize capacity challenges and demand dynamics for Urban Air Mobility (UAM).

• Bring together transport regulators, UAV developers, and energy infrastructure managers to discuss potential bottlenecks and planning gaps. Share simulation insights via briefings, webinars, and interactive visualizations.

• Encourage stakeholders to explore data-driven planning approaches and scenario awareness.

Phase 2

• Invite adopters to publicly endorse a non-binding “UAM Awareness Note” to track and share small-scale capacity or energy monitoring experiments.

• Encourage implementing light pilot measures, such as simulating vertiport operations or energy demand tracking, and reporting results online.

• Provide templates for sharing findings and lessons to promote visibility, replication, and informed decision-making.
